Annabelle’s Senior Session
Annabelle’s senior session at the Howard County Conservancy couldn’t have gone better! It was another gorgeous summer evening, and the two of us simply walked the grounds, discovering one perfect spot after another.
Whenever possible, I try to guide sessions with movement and natural prompts rather than rigid posing. Annabelle was wonderful at leaning into that style, which made the whole session feel easy and relaxed for both of us.
At this point, I’ve photographed so many sessions here that it almost feels like home turf. I have a good sense of how the light will move across the fields and trees, and when those magical moments tend to happen. One of the things I love most about the Conservancy is that there’s never a shortage of beautiful locations, and somehow it feels a little different every session!
I hope you enjoy these sun filled images from Annabelle’s session as much as I enjoyed capturing them. Senior year is such a special season, and it’s always an honor to help preserve a small piece of it!
